Kaplan is a market leader in Financial training and I have enhanced, implemented and refined its Content and in-house processes\methodolgies to the highest levels possible garnering internal support and championing the systems we use. Leading the UK based design team I am responsible for the editing/content creation of all courses and the management of getting them published on the LMS (This is a multifaceted task as the LMS comprises 2 Moodle installations and bespoke XML based system named EXACT). This role is a real start to finish job as it begins working with SME's to ascertain the curriculum requirements/learning needs and has to be tailored to deliver information within a strongly regulated environment, that is subject to sudden and legislative changes. Working to very tight deadlines, the course has to be mapped out the pertinent Instructional design must be applied (ADDIE based) courses created and correctly mapped out along with new and current student enrolments\management within the LMS's that we use. The average amount of students simultaneously enrolled at any one time for the UK alone is roughly 9000 to 11,000 Full time Students with higher uptakes on short term courses/refreshers. (all E-learning courses related to qualification awards I.e. AAT received full endorsement by their awarding bodies).

Working on the Early Training Transformation Agreement (ETTA) with Raytheon Systems Limited designing improved training courses for the armed services. My role involves both training design, and change management. I fulfilled a role in the Analysis Team. The Analysis Team acts as a conduit between the client, and the delivery of successfully redesigned training courses adhering to a change management process.
